Congratulations to Nan!! And to you too, Melody. It's not easy to keep your kids motivated, and up with studies. Thrilled Truman is home. Celebrations all around right now! What a happy time for you and yours!

The tears I shed then, watered the flowers I harvest now.

Laurie,

This will be my 4th child to graduate with only 1 more to go (Elliott will be a sophomore this fall) and I have to tell you it doesn't get any easier watching your babies walk across that podium with their diploma in their hands. We are so proud of her! She has been through so much in four years but has maintained her GRACE and sense of humor throughout-My baby isn't a baby anymore...

Nini, Thank you! She is beautiful isn't she? I always thought in the back of my mind that she would stay "little" silly me...

No we haven't heard ONE word about Truman... I just got back from driving around and around block after block where he was last seen and while I was driving through the residential area a little blonde haired girl with a huge braid down her back dressed in a long dress (gray)(Amish maybe?) came running up to the car and said she heard me calling "Truman" and "Did I lose my dog?" What a sweet creature. It kinda took me by surprise this sweet little girl coming right up to the edge of the sidewalk near my car because of all the drilling I used to do with the kids about approaching cars and being aware of strangers looking for lost dogs!! I told her about Truman and said if she spotted him have her mom call the police...thanked her and kept driving. My goodness.

Awwww! Congratulations, Nan!!! Makes me want to cry for you, too, Melody - I've got four more years and then I'll be blubbering myself! She looks so happy and so beautiful! May God bless her with a future bright with promise! I'm so happy for you all!

Have you found your doggie yet? I have had you on my mind all day. Hopefully soon!

Hugs and love -

Nini
