My husband just bought a new boat! :) New to us, that is. I put pics up on my blog of it

It's a 1965 Starcraft, and is the cutest thing!! Sure cuter than our old camo rowboat!

Yay! Looking forward to lots of fun for the family!

Anyone have/had a boat like this one? or similar? Feel free to leave a comment on the blog post to tell me about it!

Congratulations!

That is a cute boat! I love the vintage. Our sailboat was launched in 1966.
A very different type of boat but same era.

Will you name your boat? If so, what?

I wish you great times and safe boating,

Karen

My family didn't own a boat, but I had a boyfriend (long ago) who did, and it really was just an amazing summer. We'd go clamming, fishing, or just drop anchor and relax in the middle of the Bay.
Would love to convice DH to get a boat, I know the kids would really enjoy it!

Wishing you and your family warm summer memories on your new boat!

Very cute- My grandfather had a 16 foot aluminum boat similar to that for years and years. We caught many a fish in that boat. Best of luck to you Sheila...Enjoy!
