I just had to share with everyone the aprons my Dear Friend CJ has made for me. We are doing Apron of the Month, the picture has February, Valentines Day, and the March, St. Patty's day, are they not just the cutest? I love them and I love CJ for taking the time to make me one every month, and all the love and care she adds to each one. I am already looking forward to April's, Easter Apron!
Thank you CJ you are the best.

Farm girl Hugs,
Debbie

Thanks Debbie!
That flour mill has been in business for a REALLY LONG time. They used to put their flour in the printed sacks . . . you know like mills did decades ago. I remember wearing the dresses my mom made for me (and my sister) out of those printed flour sacks. I'd sure love to have some of that fabric now!
They has also have "RED ROSE" (the flour I use and my favorite "sack"), "WHITE ROSE" and "VALLEY QUEEN".
Thanks again!

Look here farmgirls my August Apron of the Month Apron, isn't it so cute?
CJ tells me that the Blue Bird Flour Company, Cortez Milling Co. in Cortez is a family own company and has been around for many, many years, that is so wonderful. I hope it is around for many more years.
I love the pockets and the blue and white check fabric with sunflowers, just a very summery apron.
Thank you yet again CJ, I love it, it is my favorite:-)

Debbie

Hi Debbie,
I think I failed to tell you that the yo-yo was made by our queen of heart-shaped yo-yos, Peggy Smith .. aka "pegsmiles". I had sent her a box of fabric scraps and she made a few yo-yos from some of them scraps and sent them back.
Thought that one went well with that apron . .
So, Peggy gets the credit for the yo-yo . . :)

CJ did it again she sent me my favorite apron to date, my Americana Patriotic Apron, isn't it just the cutest. Isn't it your favorite too out of all my CJ's Aprons of the Month I have received to date? She also sent me a flag hat (I wear these kinds of hats all summer long) a 2012 Women's Monthly Calendar and a cute little Patriotic Tag she made. Look at the cute pocket on the apron with all the star buttons and she made a yo yo heart next to the doll as well. Love, love it, yest it is my favorite!
Thanks you so much CJ you are the best and a very Dear Friend to me.

Debbie

CJ, you have done it again, every month I say I love that apron best, then comes the next one. I told CJ I love to fish and as a fisher woman I felt that a "fishy" apron was in order. Well, once again she outdid herself, it is a canvas fabric with pockets all the way across for my fishing tackle, worms etc:-) The fabric she used for the pockets is a vintage like print with all the things a fisher woman like me needs and has. It is so vintage and old fashion and I LOVE IT! Let me shout it to all the farmgirls out there my June apron is now my favorite! Two pictures one up close of the fabric and a blurry one with my fishing poles and fishing hat:-)
Thank you again CJ, you are the best.
Farmgirl Hugs,
Debbie

Another month is here and I wanted to share my May Apron of the Month, I think I love this one the best. It has momma sheep with her babies, it too honors Mother's Day. CJ you did not even know that the sheep and lamb are one of my favorite animals and I actually collect them. I love how no two aprons are the same each months is more special than the last. Thank you so much, I love it.

Thanks Debbie!!!

NOTE: monthly commitment is not required. If someone wanted one just for a particular month, that is doable. I just need order and payment by the 20th of the month PRIOR to the month for the particular apron.

Thanks!

Okay Girls here is my April of the Month Apron that CJ made me. It is an Easter apron says happy Easter with a pocket I love this one too, so happy I do not have to pick a favorite as I think they are all Fabulous! Thank you again CJ, you are the best. Mother's Day and May is not too far off, can not wait to see what fabric she will come up with for that one. But knowing CJ it will be special as Mother's are special.
Better get your orders in girls!

Thanks Debbie! The "apron of the month" club was Debbie's idea and she came up with a list of themes for each month. I pick the fabric based on the theme, except for 2 months where it's "buyer" choice.
Basic waist apron, simple variations on style. $10/month (for 2011), includes shipping. Anyone can join!
Thanks again!
