Hi sweet farmgirls! I have been trying to post more regularly on this forum again, but life has a way of changing when you least expect it. This last month has been a hard one . . . my Dad had a torn aorta and an aortic aneurism. This caused a lack of oxygen, which brought on dementia and other issues. He was in CICU for 10 days and had need round the clock care when he first went home. I am happy to say he is improving greatly and we are very hopeful. During this same time period, Ron O'Connell, my dear "second Daddy" died of pancreatic cancer. He has been a big part of my family and we loved him dearly. Hi CeeJay . . . thanks for the invite. I may not have updated my email on this site . . . we moved in May and it forced me to switch internet providers. So I will update it now. Thanks everyone for your kind words and encouragement. Every life has seasons and even the sad seasons have joy, as it draws us closer to those we love and to the Lord.

Brenda, so glad your Dad is doing better. So sorry for the loss of your 2nd Daddy. Sounds like a wonderful man.
