GURLZ .. I NEED SOME COMPUTER GU-RU HELP!

IT'S ALL ABOUT 'COLOR'

WHEN I TRY TO SEE 'COLOR' .. WHEN I AM TYPING AN E-MAIL ..

I GO TO THE BIG "A" ... THEN I CLICK ON 'RED' .. AND I THINK 'YOU' CAN SEE THIS IS 'RED' .. BUT ON MY MONITOR .. EVERYTHING SHOWS UP IN 'BLACK' ..

WHY CAN'T I SEE THE 'RED' OR COLOR THAT I CHOOSE?

NOW WHAT IS REALLY STRANGE IS THAT HANK AND I SHARE THE SAME COMPUTER .. AND 'HE' CAN SEE COLOR .. BUT I CAN'T.

CAN ANYONE OUT THERE IN CYBERSPACE HELP ME WITH THIS?

PLEEEEEEEEZE.... XOXO

This came to mind when I read of Frannies color issues. Thought i'd share-

What a wonderful world by Louis Armstrong

I see trees of green, red roses too
I see them bloom for me and you
And I think to myself what a wonderful world.

I see skies of blue and clouds of white
The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night
And I think to myself what a wonderful world.

The colors of the rainbow so pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces of people going by
I see friends shaking hands saying how do you do
They're really saying I love you.

I hear babies crying, I watch them grow
They'll learn much more than I'll never know
And I think to myself what a wonderful world
Yes I think to myself what a wonderful world.

libbie .. thanks for tryin .. but that doesn't work either. it is so strange .. because i can 'get' color in web-sites .. AND .. in my WORD program .. just not in my Outlook Express program ... hank is on the SAME computer .. and he gets color in all his programs. there MUST be something that just simply isn't checked in my OE program .. but i swear .. i've searched and searched .. and so far .. what is checked and unchecked in my program seems to be just like what is checked and unchecked in hank's program. xo

Frannie - is it in Microsoft Outlook? I'm guessing that most of the programs are the same, but one thing you might try is highlighting the text that you want to change colors on and then doing the big "A" thing to see if that changes things. I just tried it, and it worked for me, but then - you may have to ask Hank what his special secret with your computer is!!! Good luck!!!!!

XOXO, Libbie
