Posted - Jan 14 2011 : 06:19:52 AM Been cleaning and changing things around in the basement room, and thought I don't know if I ever showed off the little primitives that Miss Wilma sent me a few years ago. Also have these very old tea tins, don't know much about them except they might be from Russia or Germany. Anybody know anything about them?

Posted - Jan 14 2011 : 07:56:05 AM Thanks, Linda...I'm a bit "overdue" on a recent post, but darn it, life gets busy!
Are you talking about the Native American Squash recipe? I'm telling you, it's become a staple in our household and just "feels" like communing with all things good and wonderful from the earth.

Posted - Jan 14 2011 : 06:23:03 AM I love that cat and the doll from Miss Wilma, Nancy Jo. We have some similar, and she made cat ornaments for the Christmas tree, too. Violet points to they're little faces and says, "yeows!" I love Miss Wilma's stuff.
