Posted - Dec 15 2010 : 04:01:04 AM Flying to South Carolina today to see my DD, Shannon. She has a very important Doctor appointment tomorrow. Finally going to see a specialist for her chronic lyme disease! We will be doing some Christmas stuff together like we used to. Say a little prayer that this doctor can help her. .jpg) The best Christmas present I could have asked for, A Doctor that knows about Chronic Lyme Disease and did not tell us we are crazy! This Doctor is from the Lyme, CT area where Lyme Disease was first diagnosed. She started Shannon on a PICC line with a daily anti-biotic IV for 28 days. It was a whirlwind 5 day trip, but so worth it. I just wish I could have stayed longer. Merry Christmas and a hopeful New Year that Shannon will be feeling better! http://studiodiphotosite.shutterfly.com/ farmgirl sister #922
