Last week a close and dear friend past away at the young age of 58. I never got to say goodbye or tell her I loved her. I got to thinking about all the chances we dont take to say I love you to someone you love or to tell someone how much they mean to you... All Those little chances that can make a diffrence.
As the saying goes, "Life is to short, so make every moment count".
So next time when someone makes you angry or does something wrong, don't leave the room angry because we never know when the Lord will call us home.
I guess what I'm trying to say is live life to the fullest that you can. Love and forgive. Don't walk away angry or mad, say the things that you want to say now and don't wait for tommorrow to do it. Speak now!

So dear farmgirls if I die tomorrow I want you all to know that I love you all soo much and if there is anything that I have done wrong I pray that you will forgive me. You all mean so much to me and I can't imagine life without you.
Have a wonderful weekend!
Hugs,
Hannah

Just a small town country girl, farmgirl, loggergirl, trying to live her dreams. :)

P.s. I've been playing around with the spelling of my name ( weird I know) and I've decided that I will stick with Hannah for good. Sorry I got you all confused. Hugs!!

Oh Hannah sweetheart, you are so special to us. We love you and thank you for sharing this story to us. Life is short and we need to spend every minute as if it were our last. There is such anger and rudeness anymore. What happened to love your neighbor and kind words. The blessing we have is that here with all our farmgirls we share one purpose. To be there for each other and support when needed. You can just feel the loved shared here. And I also can not imagine not having all the new sisters we have here. And Thank you Hannah for presenting us with different areas to think about. I am so sorry about the lose of you friend, but she'll live within your heart always and as said above, I'm certain that she knew your love. Hugs, Brenda

I'm so sorry for your loss, Hannah. Hugs to you!

A car wreck years ago taught me that life is too short to be where you don't want to be. My ex-MIL told me that, at 70, she wished she had taken more chances and 'gone for the gusto'. That has always stayed with me.

So, as I see it, get out and just do whatever to the best of your ability. Make out your bucket list and start crossing things off!!

Hannah, you are wise, you just sound so much older and more mature than you are. Gave all of us something to think about that's for sure. It is so wonderful that you have a close and dear friend of 58 and you are only 15. It speaks volumes about your personality and type of dear person you are..

Hi Hannah. I was thinking about this too. Just last week I went to a funeral for a 21 year old girl that I watched grow up. I had just gone to her wedding shower a week before the funeral on Sat. And she died a few days later on Wed. She was a 9 time cancer survivor. Some of you may have heard of her or even seen her. Samantha Gilley. She was diagnosed with Retinal Blastoma when she was just a few months old. She lost an eye not long after. Then lost the other eye when she was about 10 or 11. But that never stopped her. She has skiied down mountains in Colorado. Been to schools in NY. Been to camp in Montana. Rode a bike with her uncle from Chattanooga to Memphis to raise money for St. Jude's Research hospitol, which was her second home. She never let anything stop her. And she was getting married a few days after Thanksgiving. What a life she had. And I am 52 and have never done any of those things. Life is short. Samantha taught me many things in her short life. She touched so many paople. So you are right, Hannah. We should all live like we're dying.

Kris
