Hi Farmgirls,
I noticed that I don't receive any answers back when I email some of you directly. I also read today of another Farmgirl in Graham,WA, who was having the same problem. Are ya'll answering your emails??

I can concur that some people's email goes to Spam folders. I had it happen with my new penpal this week. Fortunately I check and clear my spam folder daily and caught it.

Many times a response to my emails from a farmgirl does go into my spam folder . . . and I always check my spam folder. It happens pretty much on a daily basis.

I've had the same problem with emails I sent. I did get a message from a lovely lady and it went directly to my SPAM folder. I was wondering the same thing if there was a problem with it.

That's too bad. I hope it wasn't me! I know my email sometimes eats emails if my folder size gets to big.

Thanks ladies, (girls :-) ) I was wondering if it was a system problem within MJF, since a couple of us had noticed it. I appreciate your input!

sometimes I have problems sending e-mails from the boards and have to re-send or have the person e-mail me. I don't know why this happens from time to time but it does.

Hi Ann! I think sometimes certain email accounts are set up to send unrecognized email directly to a person's spam folder. When that happens, usually the person doesn't even realize you've emailed, so please don't feel too bad. If the receiver knows in advance you're emailing, she can set up her account to accept emails from you and prevent this from happening. Also, if by some chance your email has a hidden virus attached unbeknownst to you, or even something as simple as a picture attachment that doesn't even have a virus, the email will simply be rejected and never even received at all. It's a bummer, especially if you're looking forward to hearing from that person, but it happens. I hope this helps a little! - Nini
