Posted - Nov 16 2010 : 2:14:15 PMmy question farmgirls is this. there is an elderly couple living in nappa cal. they have a reverse mortgage. their understanding is that as long as this is the way the home is set up for mortgage, they cannot have anyone live with them. well their relative here has nursing exp. she wanted to go live with them. she has geriatric exp. the mortgage co. said no. WHAT man how can this be. these OLD folks are told. if you want someone to live in and care for you ...you need to move out first and get a different home. how is this possible. can there be an exception. in this economy is it possible to modify this so they could die in their own home and bed?? any ideas thanks so much girls happy days sherrye
