Posted - Oct 25 2010 : 12:47:23 PMhowdy alee, the days are going by fast. today we found out from jake the vet that our boer is probably open too. so the buck must have shot a lot of blanks. so we checked bell for her bangs tatoo, found it. drew blood for tests and did tb test. checked the other goats too. i had little sophies horns burned today. she did well. gave yorkie his shot. he is not happy. how is skye today? tomorrow possibly butchering bucks. clean the barn and get the firewood box filled. i am late on that. we are having a storm NOW. big one going east.we bought a murphy bed for GKs, now sleepovers will be easier. since kisten is type one diabetic and young i need to sleep with her. this way i am not on the couch.they have snow about 15 miles from here. i bet jewel is seeing snow in bend. jewel and i and some other farmgirls went apple picking. it was great. i love her (jewel) she has the nicest spirit. she lost her wedding rings she is not sure where. very sad. we did have fun 4 ladders and a lot of woman in trees.lol happy days sherrye
