To all my Farmgirl Sisters;
I have a request for help from my Cousin in Phoenix, Arizona. She manages a home for young mothers. Most of them do not speak English, all are either pregnant or have young children, and they are still children themselves. My Wonderful Cousin teaches them how to care for their newborns, find work and a place to live.
Many of the young ladies are desperate for a taste of home. Fresh vegetables, grown with their own hands, fresh chicken, plucked and baked in their own kitchen. Here is the problem...
Not knowing local laws concerning small farm animals, and not having the know how of starting a community garden, my cousin is stuck. If I lived even a few states closer, I'd be there already, to help.

My plea is that one of my wonderful Farmgirl Sisters might be interested in helping, or might have some advice to give her on the local ordinances for Phoenix.
