Since I was On a site on E'bay yesterday looking at about a bazillion old cookbooks I thought I would post a picture of a few of mine. I stayed in total control while on E'bay and did not bid on anything. That means I deserve a trip to the thrift very soon.

Hi Karen,
Wonder why you can't get on my blog/ Well nice to hear from you anyway. Jack and Dave will be using the quilts you gave them very soon.
Yes some of those old cookbooks have some very interesting ideas.

Those are wonderful looking old cookbooks. I used to like to threaten my children with the lurid concoctions from the old jello cookbooks, someof them look like things from old Vincent Price movies. I'd say you definitely deserve a trip to the thrift...your blog still won't let me post, but as usual i am enjoying all your posts, Karin
