with ALL of your encouragement to NOT give up we got it. you kept me going... after paper work you held up my soul while we struggled through this. we will have a 2 percent loan. our payment will be equal to rent. i am so thankful to my farm girl sisters for making me move forward with this. some of you emailed me with encouragements and legal info that helped us. words can not express my joy and relief. i am doing the happy dance.
