Today is Nora's first day of Preschool! I am proud/sad/nervous/excited. I can't believe time has gone so fast! It was just yesterday that I went to the hospital to deliver her, right?

She really liked the school when we went to preview it a couple weeks ago and there are always several workers on duty so I don't think we will have to worry about Nora's safety. The little girl being slapped at her last daycare has really shook my confidence in the system!

Well I had better log off for a while. I have to get us both baths and pack a bag for her. She needs a swimsuit and towel, a spare set of clothes, and a blanket for naptime.

Wish us luck!

Alee, I'm glad Nora is enjoying school, and Tala will be in my prayers!

Kris- Tala has pneumonia. She had to get IV fluids and IV antibiotics.

Sherry- She really enjoyed it and ran up and gave her teachers hugs again this morning. I am so glad we found a place that is so good! :D

Alee, I'm so glad Nora had a good day and that she likes it there. And what's wrong with Tala? I hope it's not serious.

Nora had a great day! I am feeling much better about this choice. It pinches a bit in the wallet and then we had another emergency come up (Tala is in the hospital) so *sigh* so much for paying off debt this month!

Thanks Ladies! Nora ran right in excited to see the other kids, gave both of her teachers a big (unasked for, so super sweet) hug and was completely unperturbed that we were leaving. They have us bring a snack and lunch, and they provide an afternoon snack. They also advocate napping which is great! :D I can't wait to hear about Nora's first day of school!

Was here not too long ago myself. It is scary/sad/joyful and everyother thought that can come to mind. It was even more so last yr because we had just moved 1300 miles and I knew no one.

Bri will start Kindergarden this fall. It does seem like I just came home with her.

Lots of love.

Good luck, today, Nora! And momma, too! It's going to be fine--she's a little farmgirl, after all...but yes, Alee, WHERE has the time gone?
