I love all the fun summer activities that you can do in the summer- like playing in sprinklers and by the wading pool. It's neat to see all the things that Nora likes to do. :D

Oh, I am so sorry Deb. But isn't it great that there is a special season
for all of us? We have four distinct seasons where we live and I love
something about each one.

My favorite part of summer is NOTHING! I hate summer! I count down the days until I can put a sweater on again! Although, it's hard to raise veggies and flowers in the snow....

My favorite part of Summer is the Hot days and Warm Nights.
I love to hear children playing outside and laughing and having
a good time. I love the smell of BBQ's going, picnics, Lake
swimming, wearing shorts and sleeveless blouses and sandals.
I love outdoor sales, ice-cream cones, butterflies, dragonflies,
gardens flourishing, flowers in bloom, bright bright stars and
a full full moon.

What I like most is DD doesn't work in the summer and it gives time that we can take the children places and have fun together. Love the afternoons swimming. And then theres always the love of tomatoes and watermelon. But I have to add that Fall is my favorite!

Well, this year I am not working so for me it is getting up every morning and enjoying every day without being rushed. Nothing seems like work and everything seems more beautiful. I get to stop and smell the roses and I love it all.

 My favorite part is spotting the first leaves to turn. . hinting that fall is on it's way! Yup, I'm a cold weather gal. . . not a summer one. ..

There is so much that I love about summer. I guess my favorite things are hanging out with the kids and going to the park for a picnic. Oh and watermelon! |

My favorite part of the summer is the sun! I love just sitting in the sun and feeling the warmth of the season. And fresh corn and beans from the farmers' market!

My favorite part of Summer, is the end, when I see all the hard work of the season has been more than worth it. All the canning is done, and knowing that my family will eat well and healthy, all the meat in the freezers. Then we can kick back and relax alittle till next year, when we do it all again.

My favorite part of summer is "playing" outside. For me, it's not work. I just love being in the outdoors.

I love seeing hay being baled for the winter too! It makes me feel good to see the hay fields being productive.
Tomatoes are wonderful too! My garden is working hard on producing our crop of them. :D

Air conditioning!! And ripe tomatoes. And baby animals. And barefoot kids. And tadpoles in the swimming pool. Fresh cut hay all baled up and ready for the barn.
