Posted - Jul 12 2010 : 4:58:13 PM On Saturday night I was reoprganizing some furniture and home stuff. My 2 youngest where washing the dishes (the dishwasher is broken). I heard screaming and barking from my 2 Jack Russells and went to check it out. I went into the kitchen and found Dutchess presenting a squirrel to James. He had gotten in the house somehow and was running around the kitchen causing a big stir. It was funny...
It's all good!

Posted - Jul 14 2010 : 07:04:07 AM That is really funny. Furkids can keep you on your toes.
When we lived in Ohio, my cat Romeo brought me a snake. I told him that he was such a good boy and sent my hubby out to get it. Romeo didn't hurt him, just brought me him to see. I hate snakes!!! LOL So we traded the snake for a can of tuna.

Posted - Jul 13 2010 : 11:55:47 AM My cat did that with a Richardson Ground Squirrel a few years ago. Silly cat had the squirrel in its mouth and the squirrel was playing dead until the cat put him down on the kitchen floor (ugh!) But the squirrel ran out of the house and scurried up a tree (thank goodness!) No squirrel stew for kitty.
