At 2:15 AM but it was so slight as I was waking up I wondered if it wasn't my imagination, tho I did hear the house creak. Turned out to be a -3 something centered in Hermosa Beach.

We have them in Oregon too. I have felt a few little tremors. It's so strange to have the earth move under your feet that way.

I was in N Hollywood in '89 in an upstairs apt. No real damage where I was. They do un nerve me some, after going thru the Northridge quake. But I don't freak out or anything. Keep a flashlight & shoes by the bed always.

Oh wow, glad it was not a major one, any are bad but when you get awaken from sleep it can make it scarier. That is one thing I have never experienced nor do I care to. Blessings, Karen

glad it was a tiny one...but still freaky though isn't it???

Where were you in October of '89.

that quake made news and at that time we heard about it while vacationing in Australia!

How about the Lander's quake. I hear that one was a real doozy too

Glad you didn't get upset or scared. I have only felt one in Michigan. I was in bed yet in the morning and the house started to shake. It is quite a strange feeling. Miss Kris
