My daughter and all 3 of her kids came for dinner today and brought their little neighbor who is Kansas' age. She is so cute. She's never been here before. Well, they had to go on an egg hunt all over and gather eggs. Emily and Coryn found alot of eggs. We went in the goat barn where there are a few new momma hens. She had to see them. Then I stirred up a hen that was taking too long on some eggs and that hen came out flying and cackling and scared the poor little girl to death. Then they had to play with the goat kids.

Then she asked me right before they left if she could take some of my soap home because they didn't have any. So I said yes. She wanted 4 and I told her she could have one for her, her sister and her mom. So she looked upstairs where I have some and downstairs where there is more and finally came back with 3 of the same soaps. My favorite. Lavender. I asked her if she wanted all 3 the same and she said yes, that they smelled so good. I said that sure is alot of soap. And she said yes, but you can make more of it. What a little sweetie!

She was a little cutie. Had the sun dress and flip flops on. And she wanted to do everything. I was going to see if she wanted to milk the goats but they had to leave. Maybe next time. I have Kansas all summer so she might come with her sometimes.

Melody, that's so sweet. These kids know what's good, don't they?

I am going to take some soap to the farmer's market this week and see if it'll sell there. I'll take Kansas with me. She'll be my sales girl.

Kris:
How sweet your day must have been. I bet the little visitor bathes with her soap every night.

I find that when we sell our soap at shows the number of kids that come up to pick up a bar and sniff is just amazing! And it's at every single show!

My grand-daughter Kiley, when she comes by, just can't seem to get enough and the good thing is she is "game" to try any scent that I have. I will sit and watch her while I talk to her mother and she is constantly in and out of the big bag I give her full of "her" soap and she will slip one out-sniff it-smile-and put it gently back into her bag. Funny kid....Makes me smile--
