Well, we all know how life throws us curves, I am having to come away from the forum. I'll not get into the details as I don't want to create a pity party.
I am very sad, and have had my tears. Being apart of the forum has been a very needed thing for me (some of you may recall a post last summer about how needed).
Whether or not I am able to return, I want you all to know how very much being apart of your lives has meant to me. I have learned much from so many of you and truly feel as though we have sat and chatted face to face. I have had opportunity to rejoice and weep with you; laugh and grieve. You have encouraged and lifted me up so many times.
I take with me a treasure trove of memories, that will last me a life time.
I have a charm square quilt to cuddle up in, buttons from the charm quilt exchange made into a bracelet to wear, a red flannal nightie to keep me warm, flower seeds to grow into beauty, sourdough starter, recipes, a Miss Frannie doll to hug and grin at, pictures and cards to cherish.
You have given me so much, that I hope in a very small way I have given back to you. You have given me joy!
So, My Dear Farmgirl Friends, see ya round the barnyard!
With love and blessings, Julia V.

Hi Girls! Couldn't help myself. I was on-line to order some goodies from the farm, and just wanted to say how wonderful you all are with your kind words to me. It makes me smile! Big Hugs!!! Julia

I've been away from the forum for a couple of weeks and am just returning. I fear I am too late to let Julia know how much I have enjoyed getting to know her.

Julia, I've only been a part of this forum for about 8 months. In that short period of time you have made and impact on my heart...as so many of the Farmgirls have. I do hope you come back to visit from time to time.....even if just to say "hi". I also look forward to the day you return to chat for a while.

May God Bless you in all the you do

Blessings
Catherine

Dearest Julia - your kindness and willingness to see the gentle, basic side of life as well as your fortitude in weathering all sorts of storms will see you well through anything. We farmgirls are always here as backup. Thank you for sharing who and what you are with us, and know that anytime you are able to pop in with a hello, you'll be greeted with a huge cyber-hug!!!

All the best....

XOXO, Libbie

Julia -

The Oregon Yarn and Garden Farmgirls will truly miss you. I hope this is not permanent but just a temporary parting. I will try my best this next month to lead our meeting and make sure all the girls have a good time, as I know you would have done.

We will keep you in our hearts and minds.
