I don't watch Oprah but was just seeing what was on today. It's not a new show but she has Micheal Pollan and they'll be discussing Food Inc. I want to see it for that. Just thought I'd let ya'll know.

That's super, enjoy every minute of hubby being home!! I did some reading on that diet last night, it's vegan, does look int. but I know I'm not ready for that big of a change!!!Enjoy the wknd.

Suzie, he is on his way home right now!! My parents and grands are here. Parents must have went to get him. I slept til 7:30. And I can't find my phone. SO I guess that's where they are. Thanks for asking. I got on here for a few minutes while it's quiet and before I go out to feed the masses.

I'm not sure, missed most of that, but the gal that was talking about it and Oprah also, said it sounded SO easy, and from the other things I gathered, probably cleanses the body quite well. The more I think about it, maybe I'll look on Oprah's website, or maybe just look up "The Kind Diet", I think that's what it was called. The little bit I did hear caught my attention, I'm not one to sit and watch TV, rather have it on just for background!!! Is hubby home this wknd.???? Have a good one~~

Well, I did not get to see it again. My parents came and I couldn't watch it. I guess I need to get his books and watch Food Inc now.

I actually saw Food Inc at school and had a hard time sleeping at night.

Kristin, I just caught about the last 15 min. of her show, did you listen to the gal that was talking about the "Be Kind to you Body" diet??? I think that was what it was called!!
