Posted - Mar 04 2010 : 07:08:51 AM Have you heard of them? Wow! You should take a look at the classes they offer! http://www.tillersinternational.org/ They're located in Scotts, Michigan
I'd love to go up for the cheesemaking. They even have lodging. Wouldn't it make for a great Farmgirl getaway for us Midwestern girls?

Posted - Mar 04 2010 : 2:49:15 PM Oh - this looks wonderful. Beekeeping and soap making catch my eye but I work at a greenhouse May/June and taking off time is iffy. I will have to read more about this place...thanks so much for sharing. Strange to hear about things in your own backyard. I need to get out more :-)

Posted - Mar 04 2010 : 2:24:20 PM Oh! I am so jealous. I wish they had something like that close by me! They do have some good sounding classes. And the prices didn't sound too bad. If you go keep us posted on how the class went.
