How much is one worth this one is old not ancient she wants 100. is it worth it I just want a gadget I don't have cows so wouldn't need to use it for the churn factor.
I have no idea if this is a good or bad price.

Make sure it is a real daisy because there are A LOT of reproductions out there that aren't old and aren't worth anything.

Thanks for the great tips. I quess I was just wanting to add to the other kitchen gadgets. I think if I had a supply of cream that I would actually use it for it would be a good deal but for another gadget I might just pass.

If its a bigger daisy one in good shape, it might be worth 100. But you may be able to put together one cheaper by buying the jar and lid separately. Sometimes you can find the lids with new wood churns which brings down the price, and you can sometimes pick up the jar alone for a decent price.

Lehman's catalog has some hand crank churns.Parts of The catalog caters to the Amish so they have a lot of non-electric items

Hey Diana--vintage butter churns--such as a Daisy Butter Churn, CAN and do go for $100 or so--at least from what I've seen on Ebay. You can get cheaper, new sorts of hand cranks for less, but I've no idea who supplies them.
