in the bible?? Mine would have to be the psalms and proverbs. Right now I am reading the Psalms with my mom and sister and it is my favorite part of the day. I love Psalms 23. It's my favorite!

I have started my second year in the "Read the Bible" in a year through the Navigators reading program. You read 2 passages from the OT and 2 from the NT every day for 25 days of each month. (You can use those extra days for any "catch-up" or going back to a passage . . . or whatever).
It has been very enriching!! But I agree, the Psalms and Proverbs are some of my favorites!!! Acts and Romans are great as well!

I enjoy the Message. It really brings home what is being said in today's language. I have been reading in the Old Testament lately.

It's all good!

I love Proverbs because it holds so much truth and wisdom. I love to read it and store up all the sayings in my heart so that as my boys grow up I will be able to plant little seeds of wisdom into their lives as they grow up. I also love the book of Ruth because I think it's such a beautiful love story <3
