Posted - Jan 26 2010 : 3:37:55 PM We were raised on canned spinach. Never had raw spinach until maybe 30 years ago. Now we eat spinach almost every day in a salad or frozen in a recipe. Love the stuff. And so good for you. We eat lots of liver too.

Posted - Jan 26 2010 : 1:28:23 PM I always loved spinach too, but it was probably because my mother would pour italian dressing on it :) Now liver is another story....

Posted - Jan 26 2010 : 12:57:29 PM Pretty cute! I was one of those strange children who actually liked spinach. Also like liver. My sisters thought there was something wrong with me, LOL!

I plant spinach every spring in my raised vegetable garden, didn't like it when I was little, but now I can't seem to get enough of the stuff!
Thanks for sharing!
