Posted - Jan 03 2010 : 09:45:55 AM I often change it, depending on my mood-the season or just for fun. Do you?? What do YOU have on your desktop ??
I have just uploaded a special one that I took this morning on our way to church. It is from the little park at the end of my street:

Posted - Jan 08 2010 : 12:15:39 PM Mine is a photo of my kids posing for a photographer in my flower garden. I love the one offered by Mary Jane of the hammock in the field that was mentioned earlier. I used that one for a long time too. Peaceful is right.

Posted - Jan 08 2010 : 11:41:25 AM Hi, ya'll! This is what I have and have had for almost two years. It's my boy and Faransgirl's middle daughter. It is a great photo of them both and I just love it!
It was taken at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo in March of 2008.

Posted - Jan 07 2010 : 8:48:49 PM Mine is the River Crossing on the Moorhouse Ranch April 2006 which I downloaded for free on the website: www.allaroundperformancehorse.com
It's a beautiful picture of the cowboys bringing the cattle across the nearly dried up river bed. It speaks to my lifestyle. Cindy

Posted - Jan 07 2010 : 06:27:32 AM There are 6 of us that share the computor, but my son usually puts up one of his pictures. Right now we have a view of a stream from when he was in Costa Rica. Since the wind is howling outside and blowing the snow everywhere right now its kind of fun to go thousands of miles away. Karen |

Posted - Jan 07 2010 : 03:13:37 AM The one on our home computer is of a container ship passing the jetty where we swim at one of the Palm Beach resorts in Florida. The ship dwarfs everyting in the picture.
And the computer here at work sports my dog doing a mid air leap into the pool and me spinning around trying to get out of the way beneath her. That was taken by a friend w/ a telephoto. Kind of cool

Posted - Jan 06 2010 : 06:38:32 AM I like to switch mine around too. Sometimes it's my kids or pics I've taken. Right now though, I'm feeling a need for a cabin in the woods. So it's a "winter cabin" with a nice front porch; incl. rocker. The porch light is on and welcoming. There's a tall pine out front with holiday lights glowing and peeking out from about 4 in of snow. Makes me feel like the fireplace is glowing warm inside and the coffee's on waiting for someone to stop by for a cup and a few choc chip cookies. :-) |

Posted - Jan 03 2010 : 3:03:06 PM I change mine all the time, usually it's the favorite of the week. However, for the past 5 months, I have had a big family picture taken from my 50th birthday party! I am about to change it though, and then I will alternate between the two families of grandchildren.

Posted - Jan 03 2010 : 1:31:42 PM I get surprises all the time. My husband takes pictures of my flower gardens and ponds all spring and summer and also pics of when we go on vacation. So he keeps changing them and surprising me I love it. Right now its a picture of the mountains in Vermont with the sun coming up, it is really pretty.
