Posted - Jan 01 2010 : 11:29:57 AM Ok, so I finally got to peruse through yesterday's newspaper...(after DH had totaly disjointed it)...and snagged the "Huckleberry's" ad.... Guess what? they sell MJF Potato Soup Mix and Garlic Pesto Fry Bread mix.... Hmmm, me thinks a trip to "Huck's" is in order! just might have to snag a MJF sista' or 2 or 3 and go there this week. They have a great little "organic" Bisro/Deli there too and this month's food theme is "Hawaii"....I want to try their chicken macadamia nut salad & their pineapple/papaya/lime/coconut milk juice! oh Yum it sounds good, especially when there is snow on the ground. I always seem to crave vita-c type fruits in the winter. What a great way to start off the New Year....

Posted - Jan 01 2010 : 5:32:11 PM hey JoAnn, guess what I did today???? yep went over to Huck's and you are sooooooo right...they must have had about a dozen MJ bulk products/items...I bought some of the Sicilian Polenta and will try it this week. I usually just peruse the fresh veggies, & frozen items and cleaning products so I don't go over to the other side often, let alone read the labels! Guess who will be over in that section of the store more often now? lol! (p.s.,,, don't take DH with, mine gets bored fast so I didn't get to really shop like I would have like...next time!) How's things up there in Colville? Any rain?

Posted - Jan 01 2010 : 1:36:01 PM Grace where have you been girl?: ) I have been buying Maryjane's products there for at least 2 or three years now. They are in the bulk section. The last time I was there they had more than the ones you mentioned. Once I even found some "Queen Bee" honey candy. Thought it was put out by our Queen Bee but it was made by someone else. It was good though. JoAnn |
