Went into the S. Army store today
Mom and I usually stop every week ; but hadn't the last 2 weeks one of the ladies there said
"Gee, you've lost a lot of weight; haven't You?"
I said yep. thanks for noticing
She wanted to know how much I had lost and I told her
15--1/2 lbs since April
She said she could really tell I had lost a lot
It really made my day .
I found a Red Hat's Society hard back cookbook for $1.00
and some Nora Roberts books too
It really felt good for people noticing I had lost
My ex- SIL noticed to the other day.
that was nice too.
The weather was like Spring.up to 76 today I think
It was so pretty with the trees turning
It reminded me of the beauty of the earth ; when there can be so much ugliness in the world
the beauty that God created ( note; to those who believe in God)
I love Fall.
Was glad to be out ; when I had a ruff morning with colitis attack at 5 a.m.
Didn't think I was going to get to take Mom out ; but took 2 idioum tablets
If it ain't one thing it is another.

Sheila, that is so neat when people notice. I know you didn't lose weight for other people, but it sure makes ya feel good! Good for you, girl! And it is so beautiful out there. My favorite time of year.
