Posted - Mar 18 2006 : 7:16:18 PM Yesterday I recieved a chapter journal from across the Big Water! The Manuka girls (Aussies and Kiwi's) sent theirs to us the Oregon Chapter and we in turn sent ours to them. It was really fun to get to know them better. Did you know that Bubblesnz-Helen's parents immigrated to NZ from Holland? Did you know that Floralsaucer-Linda enters flowers every year in the Red Cross flower show with her cousin? Did you know that Debs-Debby in all her travels sneaked over the Belarus border? Just a few fun tidbits. They all sound like great girls. If your chapters haven't done a journal to send around, I would encourage you to do so. It is really fun! Julia V.

Posted - Mar 21 2006 : 09:51:46 AM Yeah! I am glad it got to you safe and sound. I like all this traveling without jet lag, though I think that meeting all you farmgirls would be well worth it! Julia PS Your chapter quilt square is absolutly adorable~!

Posted - Mar 21 2006 : 02:48:51 AM Julia! The Yarn and Garden Chapter journal arrived this morning! I am so impressed with the artistic pages all the chapter farmgirls have added. It is so wonderful to read about your lives, it seems we all have so much in common!
Your journal is off to Australia next!
