I love when I am just a bit chilled, the heater kicks on and the warm air blows on me. Or cuddling a warm rice pack under a blanket, or snuggling up in a big bulky quilt and getting warm. These thing just make me feel warm inside as well as out! I get all happy and sleepy :D
What sensations make you feel all warm and cozy inside?

I feel comfort when:
~There is a fire in the woodstove
~Snuggling with my honey or a cozy quilt
~Cuddling with my pup
~A mug of cocoa or spiced cider
~Candle light, preferably a fall scented candle :)
~Knitting or working on needlework
~Seeing a full freezer and the wood shed full (I know kind of strange :))

I always get that cozy feeling when I am snuggling up with DS reading a good book, talking, or watching TV.

holding a mug of hot cocoa while sitting in my rocking chair,being able to be home on a rainy morning and hear the raindrops hit the windows & roof,burning a pumpkin scented candle (or sugar cookie if it's December)wearing my favorite winter robe with slippers & just enjoying the fact that everythings good.....and-having a candle lit in my jack o lantern in my room on Halloween night,smelling the aroma of the inside of the lid of the jack o lantern while it "cooks" (a tradition from childhood)

It's raining and snowing out. It's just shy of freezing but because of the cold temperatures we have had the last few days, It is sticking a bit on the ground. I am listening to my dryer drying, my heater rattling a bit and I am looking at my beautiful daughter in a long sleeved shirt. Ahhhh! I love days where things just feel right and comfortable!

after our farmhome got struck by lightening and we moved into a double wide we put up..i thought i would never feel comfortable or at home again..but i realized with this post..i do..comfort is my home and my gardens..I love being here and dislike being about anywhere else..

When it's cold outside I love to snuggle with my blanket sitting in my favorite chair, light an incense or my tartburner, have a nice cup of tea, put on some new age or classical music, and read a good book. That sounds so nice I wish I was doing that now.

lol...huddling up with kids while they are still sleep eyed but awaking for the day. We sit under a nice thick blanket and watch tv until we all wake up fully. Won't be able to get these days back, so I am cherishing this kind of cozy feeling! :D

I have set up a little corner in my living room in my oversized chair here and I have a cozy faux fur blanket over it.. I set up a little table and have my tea and my books .. I got the wireless connected ... and I can be online ..be comfortable and also watch my favorite shows on tv if I want... I have an ottoman with my legs propped up...and I have a little heating bad folded up hid in case I need it....it's very comfy! I'm going to get my antique lamp out of storage and fix it so I can have it right here for better light if need be.
Life is good!

Here in our ol' drafty farmhouse, we enjoy the warmth of the woodburner, fun family & friend times filled with laughter, board games, and plenty of sillies; sipping cozy herbal tea, snuggling under quilts and woolen blankets, and then we don our stocking hats and take our heated "cozies" (rice packs) to bed! 'Tis the season!
