Posted - Oct 05 2009 : 11:07:53 AMSat was the day when an entire neighborhood in a nearby city has tons of yard sales in one spot. I got some really cute farm girl goodies-biggest buy was a sewing machine with the table & notions galore for $35..I got it just for the table as it's bigger than the one I"m using now,I'm keeping some of the notions,we've stored the "new" table till dads eyes are repaired as he wants to refinish the top of it before I go about using it. The drawers have built in storage compartments & was made by Singer in 1964. I also got 2 long skirts-one practically new denim,one a burgandy corduroy. I need to hem em but that's no big deal.
