I had to get a new all in one printer for my business and it still is not scanning (the least of my problems.) I have had to download all kinds of stuff to get it to do what it is doing.I am happy with its performance but now everything is running so slow it takes about five minutes for any thing to load. Did I catch a viru. And is it effecting all 3 computers because it is all wireless. Help I have highspeed connections and it work well before but now Aghhhhhhh

Diana- the programs that come with the printer should be the only things you need to get it to behave and do what it is supposed to do. It sounds to me like you have some programs working against each other- that will really slow down your computers. I agree with Dutchy- Uninstall the printer and all the things you downloaded yesterday, and check to make sure that any old printer programs are taken off. Also make sure you only have one anti-virus as they "Fight" as well. Then reinstall just the programs that come with the printer. One thing you can do to avoid conflicting programs is set up the printer on one computer and enable print sharing through the network on the computers so that they actually print through the first computer.

Maybe uninstall the printer, see if that helps. Then try to install it again. I know a lot of hassles but it might help.
Good luck :)
