*sniffle*

Patrick Swayze lost his battle with cancer.

I think I will dig out Dirty Dancing and cry a little.

I didn't know he was a horseman. Wow! Learn something new everyday. However, I am sad about his passing. More so than Michael Jackson.

In addition to being a great actor he was a wonderful horseman! He was very involved in our Arabian horseworld. He has a very famous stallion named Tammen. He will be greatly missed.

Did anyone ever see the miniseries, North and South. That is the first movie I saw him and I loved him in it and everything else.

Patrick will be missed by many, including me. I am with all of you about the movies, I may have to go dig some out. I am glad his fight is over and he wont have to go through the pain but I know his family will miss him dearly. I will be praying for this family to find comfort in the arms of Jesus. Blessings,Karen

He made such good movies. I cry like a baby at the end of Ghost every time I see it. Loved Roadhouse, Dirty Dancing and Ghost. He was such a good guy. God Bless him and his lovely wife.

He seemed so happy that I think he really did "have the time of his life". I know his battle was a tough one and at least he is no longer in pain. I'm gonna watch me some Dirty Dancing too. My best friend and I used to watch this and have pepsi, salt and vinegar chips, and cucmbers EVERY weekend! Perhaps for old times sake...

It is sad, isn't it. It seems that so many people (actors mostly) that held a fairly high moral standard and did movies that were really good are battling or have lost their battle with this quiet enemies.
