Short and stout, here is my Handel here is my spout. When I get all steamed up hear me shout. Then tip me over and pour me out.

Tea has been on my mind a lot lately, not sure if it is the cooler evenings or the great conversations with friends that seems to happen over a cup of tea. But, I thought I would post pictures of some of my favorite tea pots.

I have been on the hunt for a couple more.... Although, it has been nice to use a few as the weather has cooled down and I have been under the weather a little.

What a great collection! I love tea -- I have some most every evening before I go to bed. And I love enjoying a cup while I'm reading letters from my pen pals! The perfect end to a great day!

Sara, my immediate thougt was short and stout also!! Renee, I'm sure I have a yellow one just like yours, that belonged to my mother, I think it's a musical tea pot. I'll have to dig it out and put it on the hutch with the other beautiful one I have that belonged also, to my mother, thanks for the idea!!

I love tea! It is my beverage of choice. I have lots of teapots and teacups, but most are in a box in the attic as my new kitchen is limited on cupboard space.
I recently got a Brown Betty, made in England, of course, that I love. It has a great shape, plus it retains the heat really well.

For tomorrow and its needs I do not pray, but keep me, guide me, love me, Lord just for today.

Marcy Jo~ Maybe that is "why" I like them so much... LOL
Bonnie~ I like the light teas too. I dont like them to strong. Although, I found a new one that is vanilla flavored and I do like it stronger....

Rene: wonderful teapots. I love them as well. My mother used to make tea with 4 teabags to the pot! ugh. I like "calico tea". An elderly farm woman told me to call it that. You only steep it shortly so it doesn't get dark. You need a silver one for your collection. Thanks for sharing.

I like the idea of showing our tea pots off. I don't have many but I do love the ones I have. I'm just not sure how to put a picture on this site. Teach me and I'll happily show mine off, after my DH leaves on this trip tonight.

Hope all your days are Sunnydays.
