Posted - Aug 31 2009 : 08:52:37 AM Thankyou Girls, wouldn't it be fun if you could all come over? Most of the things I have are from Aunts and Grand parents that have passed. I rotate things and use what I can. Always going up and getting something or putting something back. I think about selling some etc, but then I remember I have four Grand daughters, so maybe they will want some of the things some day.In the mean time there it sits. I have given away alot more then is up there now. Some things I don't really like, but how can you get rid of Great Great Grandma Emma's bowl? And other like things. Soooooo there it is. But it does make for a colorful attic, and the little ones love going up there and playing.

Posted - Aug 31 2009 : 06:44:11 AM You are SO organized, Nancy Jo! In fact, your attic looks like the antique mall where I have a booth! Everything on shelves and looking so pretty. And there's that pie bird again, right up front and taunting me! I STILL don't have one, darn it!

Posted - Aug 30 2009 : 12:54:22 PM Nancy Jo, you are so neat and clean. It's like a huge antique-thrift store at your house! I could spend all day there just looking at everything. What fun that would be. I used to collect milk glass ans pink depression glass. I gave away a lot of it. I still have my pink wine glasses my hubby got me for Christmas a long time ago. They have green stems.

Posted - Aug 30 2009 : 11:31:47 AM Nancy Jo, you are a very well behaved farmgirl. :) Thank you for the wonderful photos! It is so nice you have a big window in your attic. And everything is cleaner than my house! That is a great place for a collector like yourself. So many pretty things. Is that a whole set of Blue Willow? I have a set in my attic too!
Thank you for listening to your elders and posting photos.
