I am so excited! :) I received a phone call last week from the owner of the quilt shop I go to (all the time!) asking me to come in and talk to her about doing the displays in the shop. Well, you know I hopped to because that is right up my alley! Not only will I be doing the displays, but I will also be managing the store website. I have been writing a blog for the shop since February so I feel fairly comfortable about doing that.
The best part is I get to work from home with the exception of when I do the displays. No problem because I can do that to fit my schedule. This opportunity could not have come at a better time for us. And to have it be so flexible is definitely a bonus!
I haven't worked out of the home in a very long time so this is perfect for me. I am so grateful.

Karin,

What a blessing! This will be so much fun and there's nothing better than making some money while doing what we love. :0) I'm so pleased to hear of your opportunity....living proof that people ARE still spending their money at the Quilt shops...hehehe I know I help support my LQS.

What's the link to their website that you will manage? Would love to see it.

Good luck and keep us posted,
Stephanie
