Got these two things at a garage sale yesterday. The one is what looks like a child's spinning top but not sure. Anybody know?

I have the exact same top...down to a tee! I think it is a driedel?
-not sure if I spelled that correctly. Mine is wooden and has the exact pattern of paint on it.

I dont know about the top,but your tin is just beautiful! Reminds me of something you would find on the vanity of a Gibson girl :)

Yup, a spinning top it is. I remember I had one when I was little, my mom bought it for me because she remembered HER fun when SHE was a little girl :) Lovely finds again, Nancy Jo. Next time I wanna tag along !! You find the cutest and prettiest things
