I don't believe it but the lady we sold the 5th wheel to is sending a check and we should get it along about Monday or Tuesday!! The whole amount that is due!! No parceling out either!!
Whew!! I can't tell you how much this takes off my mind!
Lesson learned: Never sell anything on payments. Either they pay in full up front OR I keep whatever till it's paid in full. I doubt I'll ever do that last one but what a reminder!!

Thanks for the support and concern. Title isn't going anywhere till I take the check to the bank and cash it. THAT I do know to do!! :-) Once the check is cashed and all is well, the title goes in the mail to her, probably certified just to make sure.
