Today my daughter and I took a road trip south of us to meet Garden Artist and her daughter Muttley. We had a great time! We had a picnic lunch in the sun at their nursery (of course found some plants to take home with me), visited and laughed. The girls, Heather and Emily had so much in common. Tammy (garden artist) sent me home with fresh eggs, some jam and home canned tuna. Yummmm! I made them each a doll from Miss Frannies pattern, (see them in the stitching room). It really was a great time. Look forward to visiting with them again!
Here's us! Tammy and Heather on the left, Emily and I on the right.

Tammy, and everyone else... You are far south! Closest coastal town to me is Lincoln City! We hope to get out and about this summer, would love to see your nursery! It's so great people can come together and start these great relationships...a very inspiring support group of women (and families)!

HI Sweety! I just posted on the welcome wagon. It is really wonderful for me to see you and Em developing such a neat relationship. I look forward to our next visit too. Tell your Mom that the deer ate the top off of the Delphinium I bought. Darn things!

Hello, what a treat it was having visitors yesterday. It was so much fun. It was really nice meeting Julia and introducing the girls. I was so amazed how much they have in common. It was wonderful yesterday after our visit. Heather (muttley) talked about meeting Emily all that afternoon. She was so excited! It’s nice getting together with people you have so much in common with. Julia, we just love our little Violet and Lily Rose. They bring such warm feelings to our heart knowing someone made such a sweet gifts for us. So much thought and caring went into them. Thank you. Well I can’t wait till our next visit and I am sure Heather and Emily will keep up the writing, it’s so wonderful and what a Godsend.

Oh - I love the get-together stories. How fun to actually meet people. It's so refreshing to see some effort put into the little things of everyday life - Catherine is right - talk about flare and style!

Julia, that sounds awesome! What fun to get together and put faces to names but most of all to make that farmgirl connection even deeper. Such super farmgirl flare and style to have goodies for each other....just like the old days.....people helping people.

Blessings
Catherine
