Posted - Jul 03 2009 : 02:01:34 AM By the end of July, we will have 20 barn quilts up in our northern Illinois county for visitors to view on a self-guided driving tour. Our committee began designing, painting and installing the 8 x 8' plywood quilt blocks in 2008 on barns and corncribs that are at least 50-years old, most are on century farm in Kankakee County. My husband and I have made a 2:21 movie about the barn quilts. Please take a look. At the end it will tell you how to get the written directions for the driving tour. Best, Carolyn

Posted - Jul 03 2009 : 5:20:02 PM I went to the site but was not able to find which one it was, there are so many. By the way, my maiden name is Spratt, I was born in Seattle to Samuel John and Vera Spratt in 1946. Is this your married name? Welcome to MJ's by the way, great place! Lots of fun.
Find your joy and live it. http://cheneybaglady.blogspot.com/http://www.kpaints.etsy.com http://www.thevintagebaglady.etsy.com FG #377 |
