So, the hubs makes his daily morning phone call and asks what I'll be doing today. I run down the list and get to "running to Wally-world for dog food and the pharmacy to pick-up a Rx refill". He says for me to not worry about doing that, he'll stop on his way home from work so I won't have to go out. (Sweetness point #1!) Then I oh so casually mention that I was also going to pick-up some fingernail polish. (After reading Heather's post about "Cherries in the Snow" polish, I just had to have it, my name being Cherry and all.) To my shock and delighted surprise, he asks me what color I wanted. OMG! So I tell him the name of it and he asks which brand it is. Now I'm kinda wondering because how many men-folk think about brands of nail polish? I told him that I honestly didn't know, he'd have to look for it, so to just not worry about it. It wasn't a necessity and could wait. Well, imagine my surprise and boy-howdy when he came walking through the door with a bag of dog food thrown over his shoulder and a tiny plastic bag in his hand! I sooooo wish I could have been peeking around the corner of the aisle as he looked through all that polish to find, yep, you guessed it, "Cherries in the Snow"! And get this, he said, "I didn't like that color very much, but it's the one you asked for so it's the one I got." I asked him which color he liked better and he said, "Cherries Jubilee." So now I have to go check that one out! Oh, I have the sweetest hubs!

And on top of all of that!!! The DD's birth control pills needed to be refilled. He wasn't too happy with the $70/mo price tag but DD goes through absolute hell each month without them, so he and the female pharmacist spent 15 minutes checking the computer to see if there was a generic version. Can you imagine? He was all proud that they had found one that was only $15/mo and was telling me all this info the pharmacist had passed along and he was so proud of himself! Yep! I have the sweetest hubs and DD the sweetest daddy!

Thanks, ya'll! I had to call Mama and brag on him and she kept saying, "I love it, oh, I love it!" My daddy would never, ever do something like that! He would never even buy the tampons, Alee! So I am proud of my sweet Bubba Boy!
