Ok...we found another NEWER house with a clotheslines already in place. It is $100 a month but is more perfect than the other one. We are trying to negotiate $600 off, between the next 2 months rent, to paint and clean the place ourselves. I don't mind so much because the carpet was already cleaned and it just needs a good scrub down, which I would do anywho. It also needs to be completely painted inside and I worked with my father, who was a paint contractor, many years ago. They would have to approve the colors and save them from having to hire someone and not be there to supervise it. I guess the last renters TRASHED the house and it was in decent condition when Scott looked at it and took pics but I can understand the owners reservation. So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let this work out for $800 a month and with all I printed above. PLEASE Lordie, let us catch a break!! Oh, and it has a dog door, fenced HUGE backyard and is in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Scott talked to one guy next door already and he says it is quiet back there. SO PLEASE let this work out!!

I'll be praying that everything works out. It's definitely a Farmgirl's dream come true if it has a clothesline already in place.

Visualize it as if has already happened. It works for me 95 percent of the time. The rest of the time I know it wasn't suppose to happen. Gooooood Luck.
