It is older but a quiet neighborhood with trees, a big fenced, mostly private yard. I can paint, as long as it is neutral or nothing to wild, and it is my goal to be greener. There is a spot for a clothesline, cross ventilation and a spot for a little garden (may be too late to start now). There is no dishwasher but I actually prefer washing by hand. There is a park across and down from the house with lots of kiddos playing. I am so excited!! I hope this works out to be thr right one and safe.

Yes, it's in Clarksville, TN, just over the border from Kentucky. I am so excited...looks like we will be getting it.

That sounds ideal doesn't it? A park right across the street. Charlie would love that. Just check and make sure the neighborhood is safe. This could be a great place for all of you. I hope this works out for you.

No, we are renting and yes, we are used to the Texas heat and humidity. I think you just have a shorter season. It's been over 100 here for 3 weeks now. : O It is right near the base. I haven't been up there yet, so I don't the layout but Scott says it is off a main road and off another little road...so private.

The good thing is we have one of those larger blow up pools, so we can put that in the back yard and relax..redneck style!! : )

Good luck! Is it right in town, or out a bit. Kentucky is going to be sweltering this Summer, I fear, but you're probably used to that in Texas!
