I know I have been gone awhile and I will be gone again. I just wanted to check in and let my friends know that PLEASE send me your email if you want to stay in touch. I will compose a list and add you to my mailing list.

Here is what has happened...

I am moving to Ft. Campbell, KY as on the 4th of July. I am taking a school break. I realized being with my husband and keeping my family together is MORE important that trying to pursue some academic motivation. Believe me, education is important but we are facing another possible deployment and I want my family to be together. I found a school that I can tranfer classes to in the Fall. Life is too short to forget about the now.

So please, my farmgirl friends, send me your email addresses. I will try to send out an email monthly to keep in touch. Just prioritizing!!!

And all ya'll Kentucky gals, watch out...TEXAS is coming and she is excited to make contact with ya'll!!! : )

I had wondered where you'd gotten off to! Best of luck in your move. I liked Kentucky a lot. Plenty of horses, know what I mean?? Yep, family is important, that degree will wait!

Wow, Heather, good to hear from you!! Look at/for clearance areas for Kroger -- Husband and I do it all the time and saves ALOT ALOT of money. Yes, Kentucky is a wonderful place if you can't live in Texas!
Good luck and my prayers are with you and your family!

Oh Heather -- you'll have the best time bein' in a new place an' all -- you're right about transfering all your credits. Most schools are so good about having classwork added into a curriculum for their students. That's probably one of the last worries for you.

Food Lion doubles coupons, but I think it may be one day a week..depends on the location of the store. Some stores always double, an' some you may have to check at Customer Service Desk to make sure. Piggly Wiggly doubles too -- And Kroger is really good with their coupons -- When I went over the road w/tom, we always hit kroger to load up the fridge in the truck..And used coupons. Never paid more than $60 for 2 weeks worth of groceries. Their a good store for sales and coupons.

Wishin' ya all the best with all the Changes!!

I realized that FAMILY first is more important...my school advisors are being so wonderful about all of this amd tryimg to help me out. Hubby is already out trying to find a cute little house to rent....I found some wonderful places online. And they have an Aldi's,,,which saves a ton on food...and a Kroger's, Food Lion and Piggly Wiggly...does anyone know if they double coupons??? There is a nice small town mall, which I like and Scott said there are several Farm Type stores...you know where I will be. : )

Oh Heather! That is good news that you get to spend more time with the family! That is so great! I know you were excited about your graduation date- but when it allk comes down to it- an extra year in school isn't too bad :D That is the decision I had to make this year too. It was going to cost way too much to do the one summer class that I needed.

I am so glad to hear your going to be together. Distance is so hard on families. No worries, Heather, wherever you go there we are! I can't wait to see pics and hear all about your new travels.

That is so awesome!! I'm sure you will be happy in KY. Jonni is soo right. I love Louisville, even though I haven't got to visit the shops yet. Ooooh someday. But I have been to the Kentucky State Fair and had a blast!

Besides you'll only be about a 2 hour drive from where I live!!

Uh oh....just kidding! Congrats all the changes--I know change is hard, but this one will be an adventure. Kentucky really is a wonderful place to be, and it's sooo pretty. Plus, I'm jealous. You're very near Louisville, and you get to shop all those great thrifts!!!
