do you subscribe to? I know this has probably been brought up before, but I also know that we have so many new girls here :)

In addition to the obvious

I subscribe to:
~Hobby Farm Home
~Country Living (actually this is ending and I probably won't renew - I like the older issues best)

How about you?

That is what I will be doing in between garden, chickens, fencing, etc. is catching up on my magazines but sometimes you just need a break so nice to sit and relax and read a couple articles.

Oh I am getting Guideposts too. I got a sample of Grit but wasn't really impressed but maybe it was just a bad issue?? Backwoods Home is kind of that and Mother Earth, a little political but the stories about living off the land are good!!

These are my current subscriptions:

MaryJanesFarm
Body + Soul
Harrowsmith Country Living
Chatelaine (not renewing)

and I just subscribed to Today's Christian Woman.

We get a lot more magazines at my library, so I can also borrow from there.

Well...right now I get:

Life:Beautiful (not sure if I'll renew)
Mary Jane's Farm
Organic Gardening
Country Gardens
Romantic Country (not sure if I'll renew)

and freebies...

The Magazine Antiques
Garden and Gun
Body + Soul
Vegetarian Times

I used to get Country Home until they stopped printing it. I got Country Living years ago and loved it but these days I haven't been impressed with the ones I've seen at the checkout.

I'm thinking about trying Country Woman and Guideposts again. Has anyone ever subscribed to Grit?

Taste of Home
I have every issue of Taste of Home from its beginning. I can tell you for sure that it is not as good as when it first came out. How long has that been? Close to 20 years, I think.
I had a couple of garden Magazines and Cooking for Two but did not renew.
Then there is my stash of Herb Companion, Quilting and Crochet magazines. Wonder what my kids will do with all of them after I have saved and stored them for all these years?
