Posted - May 26 2009 : 03:06:47 AM Beverly and others, it is mostly the French cuisine, interspersed with some Dutch and Thai influences :)
Good steaks, homemade (by brother) pies, yogurt, sauces, buttermilk etc. That is another hobby of him, baking and making yummo things :) And ofcourse many other items, I don't have a menu yet, lol. Will ask for it ofcourse, so I can mouth water !!
