Beverly and others, it is mostly the French cuisine, interspersed with some Dutch and Thai influences :)

Good steaks, homemade (by brother) pies, yogurt, sauces, buttermilk etc. That is another hobby of him, baking and making yummo things :)
And ofcourse many other items, I don't have a menu yet, lol.
Will ask for it ofcourse, so I can mouth water !!

I like the decor very much-----the bird of paradise is beautiful...what does the menu have on it, do you know Dutchy?

My oldest brother lived in Thailand for a few years when he was in the Air force
He brought back beautiful slids and pictures.
The area is beautiful.
