Got the 'net turned on today but it's only dial-up. Still better than nothing. Actually, it's not as slow as I thought it was going to be.

Slowly but surely putting everything away and, the best of all, I got a new stove! Will have to learn to cook on it as it's not as hot as the last stove.

Got some flowers to go out front in the flowerbeds. Got my own dishwasher and my washer/dryer are working fine.

Picked up my horse yesterday and got her settled in.

We're good and tired and I'll be back soonest to yak with you guys. Good to have a home!!

Winona

Welcome home Winona! I know what you mean! Finally having a place to call home is so nice! I have felt very unsettled until we moved in here and now I really feel "home". I don't know why but that feeling settled in on me even deeper this afternoon as I was tending to my back yard/garden.

Glad you got your horse settled in! I must be nice to have her so close!
