Her dads family was from county Cork and her moms family was from Dublin =) She lived in Dublin when she was a girl. I've been to both when I was a kid. I really want to go back now that I can appreciate it.
what are your favourite bands to listen to? Have you heard Brogue?

Really Annika?! Do you know what County? I love Celtic music and dream of some day being able to go to Ireland. I have ancestors from there but nothing so close as your mom! Mine would be several greats back :D

I love Celtic! We got started with Celtic Woman on PBS and then Celtic Thunder, and it just keeps building. Must be in my blood. (My ethnic background is German, Irish, Dutch, English, and Welsh - so whaddya think?)

Jessie- probably less as it takes less than a minute for it to load on my cruddy internet and I rarely have it pause during play.

awesome. Alee , do you know if it uses a lot of bandwidth to be able to use it. Like would it cause the same amount as playing a video or something like that? :)

Pandora is free internet radio that you can customize. You "Create" a new channel and as it plays, you vote whether you like the song or not. The more you play it and vote, the more it "learns" your preferences and plays music that you like to hear. It's pretty cool actually!
