you are so right.
I'll tell you my story sometime. It worked well for me to say goodbye forever to my mother.

Just know that we are all here to help you thru lifes bumps if you wish and if not just know I hold you in bright light, warm thoughts and Cheers to you.

Heather.
I have some people in my family here that I wish I could divorce
But, a lass I have to live with them; or it would be me to move on.
Some,
I love all of them;
They are just hard to get along with
think they know every thing.
always picks fights and blame it on you and you are the one who starts them.
The stress of having to live with these people
I know I am no angel
but,
I am not the one who causes these arugments.
These are dumb , stupid things that builds into huge fights.
I am happy for you;if you do thing it is the thing to do.
hugs sheila

Nope...don't believe in wishing ill will on anyone..it doesn't do anyone any good. People will prove themselves to be true or not over time...so I let it be!!! : )

You have to do what you have to do. If someone is negative and tries to make you negative too the best thing you can do is send them extra love, wish them the best and walk away. Negativity breeds negativity, so focus on everything good in your life and move on, but don't send them bad thoughts, they will just comeback at you.
Good luck.

people always seemed shocked by things like this. but honestly, its very common, hell you can find it in the bible. your family is the one group of people that doesn't feel the need for manners and respect and end up taking you for granted. most people do treat total strangers better than family members.

i'm glad you are in a better place heather. you don't need undue stress.

I wish you well. It's so, so hard when those who are supposed to be supportive and loving are instead toxic. I have to keep my mother at a healthy distance. (6 states away and no contact.)
