Mom and I went out to get me a set to wear to Father-in-law's funeral
I got a nice set At Catherines .
I would have had 2 sets of nice dress clothes I ordered from QVC had they of fitted.
but , no they didn't
it was Susan's Gravers
They sale a lot of her things; but they didn't fit me
they were really nice out fits too
and had to send them back
I hate , hate hate to shop.

Sheila,

I am sorry for the loss of your Father-in-Law. My prayers are with the family.

Melanie,

I am sorry for your loss as well and will keep you and your family in prayer.

clothes shopping can be a nightmare! especially if you dont have the patience to try on a jillion things. the best thing to do is find a store with competent floor people and ask for their help. also, look for stores that have a varriety of fits designed for real women.

What we write today slipped into our souls some other day when we were alone and doing nothing.

I'm sorry to hear about your father in law Sheila. My mamaw passed away last Friday and I went to Lane Bryant to find some black slacks that fit good. Being a bigger gal it's hard enough to find clothes but then you add also having short legs and being picky --well "dress" clothes shopping is almost a nightmare for the sales gal that gets to help me. The gal over at Lane Bryant got me all fixed up. I even went ahead and had her help me pick out a couple of tops too.

Oh Sheila I am right there with you. I am pregnant and my great aunt died. It was less than exciting trying to find something that fit, and was appropriate for a funeral scheduled on a 90 degree day. UGH.
